Drag and Drop Module Improvements

The drag and drop UX has been greatly enhanced, especially on the template regions where there were previously some issues.

End users can easily create custom layouts by defining their sections, rows, columns.

Users can then add one or more modules to each column and drag and drop them to reposition them as required.
